Wraps are one of my favorite foods since they are so simple to prepare.
My family enjoys these grilled wraps since they are essentially a regular cheeseburger wrapped in a tortilla.
So, in our opinion, this dinner is a win-win situation!

It’s simple to produce nutritious food. Simply replace in ground turkey for the ground beef and some low-carb tortillas for a wonderful nutritious wrap.
Kid-friendly! Most kids enjoy hamburgers, and this is a simple method to keep the mess to a minimum! You can even serve them in a mason jar to simplify cleanup.

In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, brown 2 pounds of ground beef (or ground turkey).
In a frying pan, I cooked ground turkey.
DRAIN the fat and season the beef with 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 4 tablespoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and salt and pepper. Stir everything together thoroughly.

REDUCE THE HEAT TO LOW AND LEAVE THE MEAT MIXTURE TO SIT FOR 3-5 MINUTES.
WHILE THE MEAT COOKS,
wash and chop 4-5 romaine lettuce leaves, 2 medium tomatoes, and 1 avocado.

AFTER THE MEAT IS DONE, SPREAD 1 BURRITO SIZE TORTILLA WITH 1 TBSP MAYO AND MUSTARD, TO TASTING.
On one side of the tortilla, arrange the lettuce, tomato slices, avocado, and pickle.

TOP the veggies with the meat mixture and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese.
On a tortilla, put ground turkey and cheese.
Roll each tortilla burrito-style, beginning at the edge. Rep with the rest of the ingredients.

APPLY nonstick cooking spray to a frying pan. Preheat the pan to medium-low heat and gently place two wraps, seam-side down, on it at a time.
COOK for about 2 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is browned (you can place a small baking sheet on the wraps to keep them pressed while they cook).
Cut each wrap in half to serve.
